All prices on this site are in euros (EUR), exclusive of VAT. For Danish clients we add 25% Danish moms (VAT) at invoice. For clients in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID the reverse-charge mechanism applies. For clients outside the EU no VAT is added.
For sprints purchased through this site, yes — payment is taken via Stripe at the moment of booking. For larger custom engagements we typically invoice 40% on signature, 30% at the midpoint, and 30% on handover.
Yes. Send a note via the contact page and we will issue an invoice by email. Bank transfers are normally cleared within two working days.
Sprints have a written brief at the start. If the brief turns out to be wrong, we stop, agree a revised brief, and restart with the remaining time. If we run out of time inside the original brief, we extend the sprint at our cost — that is on us, not on you.
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs on request, before any sensitive material is shared. We have a template that is short and reasonable; if you have your own template, we will read it the same day.
Code is shipped to your own GitHub or GitLab. Hosting is your decision; we have working knowledge of Vercel, Fly.io, Netlify, AWS, Hetzner, and a few smaller European providers. We do not lock work to a particular hosting account.
Yes, after the minimum term (three months for Solo and Duo, six months for Always-On). After that it is month-to-month with no notice required, paused or resumed at your monthly anniversary.
