We are designers and engineers. We build things that load fast, read clearly, and survive contact with the people who will inherit them.

We started in 2020 with three people, one rented desk, and the conviction that the agency model was broken in two specific places: the pricing structure and the engagement length. Five years later we are five people, a small office on Kløvervænget, and a practice built on two-week sprints with a fixed fee paid before the work begins.

We will say no to a project that does not fit. We will say no to a tool we do not believe in. We will say no to a budget that does not match the brief. None of that is rudeness. It is honesty about what the work needs to be good.

§06

Method — how we work

Six phases.
Same shape every time.
M.01

Listen

A first conversation has no slides. We come with questions and a notebook. The output is a short written summary that becomes the basis of any later proposal.

M.02

Locate

A paid two-week discovery, ending in a written brief that pins down audience, scope, and the things we will deliberately not do.

M.03

Direct

Two or three key surfaces designed to a finish. We commit early so that we have something concrete to defend or change, not a moodboard to hide behind.

M.04

Extend

The remaining surfaces, components, and edge cases. The boring half of design work, which is also the more important half.

M.05

Build

Engineering by the same studio that did the design. There is no handover that requires a translator.

M.06

Stay

After launch we stay close at the level the work needs — a retainer, a block of hours, or a quiet shoulder to ask a question over.
